Annotations

For my historical and cultural locations research, I went around the Old Quarter (a very historical area of Hanoi, with street names dating back 5 centuries) and revisited Hoan Kiem Lake (Lake of the Returned Sword) and Ngoc Son Temple (Temple of the Jade Mountain) to film. On this trip, I filmed the lake, the temple and the streets.

After an individual tutorial with Katayoun, I was honest about feeling burnt out, so I was suggested to explore a more live aspect such as using Zoom as they did with their collaborator. So we made our live experiment with water on WeChat that I screen recorded on my laptop.

Also, a fun little extra thing: we were not communicating as much as I would like, so I made a crystal grid to support our work.

We worked on the editing together. I came up with the script and started everyone off with the introduction. Following this script, the others each did a section which I then compiled together then finetuned. A lot of this editing and scriptwriting required a lot of meditation for me to channel the message I wanted to convey.

Once the editing was completed, I charged the video with reiki (I am on the 3rd level of reiki or reiki master, which is a very powerful attunement to the energy) with the intention that whoever watches the video will receive healing energy.
